"Front desk staff were very helpful, I accidentally left my wallet and stuff help me retrieve it and nothing was lost. Overall is a ok hotel for stay. Amenity is little old and hearing some noise from neighbors"

"Great staff always outgoing and helpful. Beautiful place to stay. Got executive suite w Mountain View, but the view was mostly blocked. Didn’t care for the tuna at Bar 10. Besides that perfect!"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area felt safe and we never felt otherwise during our stay. The building itself is a bit worn and has more of a hostel-style feel. While that may work well for some travelers, we were personally hoping for more of a bed-and-breakfast atmosphere"

"Pour sound insulation in the room. Lots of noise past midnight from guests in adjacent rooms and floor above my room. Shuttle to and from airport was very good."

"Gorgeous and unique property close to the Poas Nacional Park. The views were breathtakingly beautiful! We stayed in the Junior Dome and had a relaxing and zen like stay. The property was very cute and quiet in June. There was a nearby dog barking nonstop from a neighbor but not much you can do about that."
