"Property seems new in a new and upcoming area. However, without a vehicle is quite inconvenient. No Netflix hook up. Seemed there might have been an additional charge associated with TV useage. Hard to tell as unfortunately all communication and instructions were in Spanish. Yes, its Argintina but would have been nice to have a translation available "
