"We had a decent stay but the hotel manager charged me for a pre-paid room and then was unable or unwilling to give me a refund. I gave the staff a generous tip when I checked out and still received poor service. I waited three business days to get a response and reimbursement and still haven’t. They didn’t even send me a receipt of what they charged me when I checked out. "
