Everyone is friendly and helpful, everyone speaks multiple languages, and they always are willing to answer questions about the area as well as the hotel itself. The rooms are comfortable (and have AC!) and the location is great - right near the train station but not too far to walk to the central area around the water for sightseeing and dining.
