"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was unacceptable. I'd give 0 star if I could. We booked an oceanfront 2-bedroom villa (Apr 5–13), and the property was in poor condition from the start—dirty, outdated linens, dim lighting, and not as advertised. The hot water lasted only 2–3 minutes, making it impossible to shower properly. Many basic amenities were missing (hair dryer, coffee machine, toiletries, even enough AC remotes). Some items were provided later, but it didn’t fix the overall experience. The biggest issue was a severe bug infestation. On the first night, I was unable to sleep as bugs were crawling all over the bed and my body. Pest control later confirmed bugs throughout the mattress, sheets, and furniture. Even after treatment, the problem continued, resulting in multiple sleepless nights and visible bite marks. We were forced to move between rooms and even separate into different properties. Out of 8 nights, 5 were heavily impacted. This property is not habitable in its current condition. I strongly recommend avoiding this listing. The host agreed with refund. However, no refund has been issued, and subsequent follow-ups have gone unanswered."

The grounds, pool, and restaurants are beautiful, but it's the staff that really stand out with their perfect service and attention to detail. If you need a reset or want a peaceful escape, this is the ideal spot! Don't miss the horseback riding adventure—visit the horses, including a funny donkey, and chickens! Great farm-to-table dining! Enjoy a meal at The Green Room while watching the waves, and at CaraCara, both right on the property. Oh, and don't forget to look up at the sky in the evenings and watch the moon, stars, and constellations"

"Great location and good walkability to restaurants, art galleries, and live music. Very friendly staff and a nice little bar/eatery attached to the property. If I make it back to Todos Sandos, this would be the place I'd stay!"

"Room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. There is an in room safe and good size kitchen with basic utensils and full size freezer/fridge. Staff is very friendly and we are by the pool and in the restaurant and both were delicious! The view at sunset was beautiful "

"So luxurious; the grounds were impeccable - everything was top notch, including food and wine. Staff made the stay so custom, and booked all delicious dinners for us - we communicated over Whats App. Room was a lot larger than expected and spotless everyday (main level garden/pool/ocean view king). Additions like stocked water/soda/beer fridge and morning 'eye openers' were an added bonus we didn't expect, but enjoyed thoroughly. Don't expect to swim in the ocean;... but you can still walk for miles on the clean beach, use the cabanas and enjoy the heated pools. Strongly recommend for a quite very comfortable vacation."
