Baja Real Hotel Boutique
For the price it is excellent. Do not expect a 5 star resort but the room was clean, location was convenient, and there is a bar in the same building for breakfast. 10mins walk to downtown.

B&B Casa Juarez
I enjoyed my stay here. It is close to the Malecon, very walkable, quiet, and easy to park. Silvana is a wonderful hostess and definitely makes you feel welcome. The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfasts are delicious and the coffee is great. I would definitely recommend staying here.
