When we read back through the French messages they say you need to phone in the morning in advance if you will be late. I'm not sure how you can phone in advance if your flight gets delayed. "A l'accueil la réceptionniste de l'accueil n'a pas voulu nous donner d'informations car elle ne s'occupait pas des appartements. Elle a juste vaguement dit dans quelles directions ils se trouvaient.
