"The owner of the hotel, who is the only staff I saw, was extremely rude, up to the point that he kicked us out of the hotel and we had to call the police. I saw a few reviews on google about how rude and sometimes violent this person could be and I ignored it because I thought if was an exaggeration. I shouldn't have ignored it, it is actually true.
