"The room was basic, clean and met minimal needs. However, on both nights we stayed there, we received unrequested wake-up calls at 4:50 am. Since no one covers the desk between 11:00 pm - 7:00 am, there was no one to call about the issue. Not to mention whoever did request wake up calls at that time did not receive them. On the second day we were there, we returned to the room to find one bed had been made up but the other one was not. Plus we found a bottle cap to a can of Coors Light beer near the unmade bed. I cannot recommend Discovery Inn."

"I booked our stay through Expedia but was also able to connect it to my Hilton account & app. So being able to use the keyless entry on my phone was nice. By checking in on my phone I was able to pick what room I wanted. The room was nice and clean. The front desk offered us their cookies, which were warm and delicious. The front desk staff was very friendly too. I would definitely stay here again."

"The lobby area is terrible. Very dirty and neglected. Luckily our room was clean or we would have left. Unfortunately the walls are super thin and every night we were woken up in the middle of the night but loud parties. Would never stay here again."

"Decidedly average hotel booked by my Wife and I for the Lafayette Festival Louisianne. The best thing about the room was the shower due to its amazing water pressure. Otherwise, a few negatives to point out were: the fact that when the air conditioner kicked on it was very noisy, the fact that we could hear the flushing of toilets emanating from other rooms in the hotel, and the fact that our room situated on the 2nd floor facing the front of the hotel was not as sound proof as we would have liked. An example of the lack of sound proofing was the fact that we could hear some people outside our window talking late into the night (albeit the conversation was muffled). For the price of some $300/night"
