"This hotel was clean, and the atrium was beautiful. However, the carpet on the main stairway is tattered and discoloured. Hosekeeping staff are grumpy, and they leave dirty sheets and towels on the floor outside the rooms they clean. They also do not clean your room or refresh towels. The bed was comfortable; however, the mattresses need to be replaced. My mattress had a pronounced protruding ripple across the whole bed, and sank in the middle. There was no mattress protector, just a fitted sheet, and the mattress was stained. The hallways were being refreshed and were getting new wallpaper applied while I was there. The room gave me Super 8 vibes. Overall, I was disappointed in the room and hotel. "

"Room was clean and comfortable overall. First night was a little rough as we could not get the bathroom light to turn off and there were some guests outside until very late that were very noisy. 2nd night finally figured out the light situation and got earplugs. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Not sure what happened. 3rd night was quiet and comfortable. For the location the price is great and the staff was nice."
