"We stayed at this property for 7 nights. First night the a/c stopped working and the staff informed us they could do nothing about it. The next day we asked to change our room as it was as 33+c and we had two small children with us and had booked their property because of the availability of a/c and WiFi. We changed rooms the next morning and then there was no WiFi although advertised for the property. We could not access it anywhere on the property and asked for some sort of compensation as we...

"Staff was the best, very attentive and most of the time working. Only thing I can say is the room posting are a bit misleading, double bed in just a queen bed and the room does not have central air (common for the island) overall spectacular experience. BRING PROPER SANDALS AS THE ROAD TO TOWN IS STEEP!"

It was a shame we didn’t get a sea view despite booking six months in advance but the room view was breathtaking – overlooking the other side of the mountain with hotels and restaurants. The hotel itself was lovely and conveniently located near all the best parts of the area. Restaurant food was delicious and all staff were friendly."

"Wunderschöne Unterkunft. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden sowohl der Stadt, als auch Caprera. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür (kostenfrei). Frühstück ist fantastisch. Der Gastvater übertrifft sich jeden Tag selbst mit seinem Angebot an Kuchen, Gebäck, Kekse, Croissants. Auch Müsli. Man hat die Möglichkeit, seine Wäsche draußen auf einer Wäscheleine anzuhängen. Sehr geräumiges Zimmer und großes Bad. Mit Liebe zum Detail (Vorraum bietet zum Beispiel Utensilien wie Mückenschutz etc.). Danke!"

"Posizione ideale a due passi dal centro. Il parcheggio si trova vicino lungo la strada sulla sinistra. L'ingresso della casa é su una rampa di scale. La camera assegnatami era spaziosa, bagno grande, aria condizionata funzionava perfettamente. Ottima idea mettere i codici anche nella porta delle stanze per evitare di portare chiavi in giro. Si poteva prendere il caffè con le cialde fornite dalla struttura. Tutto pertanto molto bello, potrebbero utilizzare meglio lo spazio della hall mettendo...

"Central to La Maddalena town and across the street from the ferries make this a very accessible location. Also very near to a bus stop if you don't have a car and want to get to beaches. We found free parking on the streets pretty easily (one day we had to circle around). The breakfast was good and we liked access to the 2nd floor terrace and rooftop terrace. The "walkable" beaches are tiny and pretty crowded, so you'll want to drive or bus or rent something to get around."

"Wir haben 2 Nächte hier verbracht und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Die Lage ist super, in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß ist man am Hafen, außerdem gibt es Restaurants und einen Supermarkt direkt ums Eck. Es gibt ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten, allerdings muss man entweder gut einparken können ofer man braucht ein paar Versuche. Die Angestellten sind sehr herzlich und es gibt tollen Kaffee. Außerdem würden mkr vegane Crossaints zubereitet."

The room was VERY basic, and lacked basic amenities to be truly called an apartment. First, our bed was a pull out couch - they advertise with photos & descriptions that did NOT match our room - online shows pics & describes a proper queen size bed and that’s most definitely not what we got. "This property is just beautiful! It sits atop a bigger hill overlooking cannigione and has a wonderful view. There are three outdoor pools and one pool in the spa area to choose from. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable with excellent amenities. The staff is friendly and the service was excellent.
