The bathroom had signs of long term poor cleaning. We were there three days and housekeeping never came to our room. When we inquired we were told we should have asked. At check in I was told they would come automatically every other day.

Quick check in process. Older hotel but it was clean. I wish it had better lighting outside the hotel. It was very dark.

I didn't like the fact that the room was set up for a handicapped person which my wife nor I are not handicapped. Other than that, the room was fine.

It was an emergency stay, had a family member in the hospital, awesome for a quick stay to rest up, but probably wouldn’t book for an extended stay with the family or anything.

Pros: The proper was convenient to where I needed to be for work, breakfast was decent. Cons: The room was below par for cleanliness, and the toilet kept running unless we jiggled the handle after every use, and the AC unit severely struggled to keep temperature below 70 degrees.

Overall very good property and stay. Little aggravating things like the power shade for the window did not work. The adjustable shower head at it's maximum height required a 6 foot man (me) to have to bend over to be under the spray. Staff was attentive.

The room was falling apart. The door was not closing. Toilet paper holder falling off. Remote didn’t work for tv. Phone did not work to call maintenance. It was not up to the standards that Hampton Inn usually have. One lady for breakfast, there were alot of people and busy. Poor lady there she was nice, but she could have had help.

Good option
Nice location. Overall nice stay. The shower/bathroom had some hair and needed some seal in the shower but overall acceptable. They ran out of eggs at breakfast. They didn’t have enough towels as someone forgot to wash them. Overall I’d give the facility another chance. Front desk personnel not overly welcoming but acceptable.

All of the employees were super sweet!! Very nice and pleasant. Our time of check was 3pm. We arrived after 3, unloaded our car and went inside to check in only to be told our room wasn’t ready. Was told they were short staffed and I get that but a heads up would have been wonderful before we unpacked the car. When we did check in, we unpacked our stuff in our room and I laid across the bed only find myself covered in DOG HAIR! Went downstairs and requested a new room. Again the front desk was super sweet and accommodating but overall I was disgusted and had to pack up once again to go into a new room. I didn’t sleep well even in the new room just knowing the covers on the bed were not clean. Breakfast the next day was nice and again the workers were very sweet to us! This place was located really close to Great Wolf Lodge but next time I think we will be better off staying at the lodge.

Omg!IWe did not get a good nights rest .We were in 221& you heard the elevator all night long -sounded like a cross between pipes trying to heat up and shower running off and on.Not a great night and sleep very much so lost .Always have a good stay @Hampton but this was not the case this time.Mrs.Janet in the breakfast area I believe was her name made up for the bad night.Her pleasant and sweet demeanor was so nice .She is a awesome employee and can tell she loves her job and the customers

Upon arrival which was late at night we were told we didn’t have reservation. We were told our name was not in the computer…We had to prove we did by showing the confirmation. If they would have just checked a little closer they would have realized they had our names backwards… instead of just saying nope we don’t show anything sorry. A little more help in that situation would have been nice esp after traveling almost 5 hours to get there to find out that we weren’t going to be able to stay unless we showed proof… glad my phone wasn’t dead!

Room door was out of order , not told till we could not get back in to room. Moved to another room shower had mold in it . Not what I expected from Hilton and Hampton Had to wait for a attendant when arrived , 3 people waiting.

We were there for a family member's funeral. We stayed 2 nights. the room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The upholstery in the chair was dirty and the room smelled like animals. I understand that you have an animal friendly policy but those of us who do not have pets do not like to smell animals. The rooms where animal stay should be fumigated and the carpet should be cleaned more frequently.. I bought a plug in and the room still had an odder. The breakfast was good and the employees were courteous and professional.
