"Apparently if you want the best rooms the resort has to offer, you need to book directly with the resort. I inadvertently booked through an Expedia sponsored site months in advance and was put into a pet friendly building when I didn't book for a pet friendly room. The room was pretty worn with old blood stains in the bathroom that I finally asked the housekeeping staff to clean on our 3rd day. Our accommodations were disappointing.
