"We stayed for a night for a layover. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to do an early check-in at 10:30 am for 30 euros. The room was spotless and the beds comfortable. The shuttle to the airport takes 5 minutes, it's very convenient. Porto is about 40 minutes in metro. There are two lines that leave directly to the city."

Beatrice sub supervisor at restaurant and bar was so helpful and kind.Gabriel at the bar and restaurant (young guy from Brazil , light eyes) was so friendly and anxious to please. "Not a 4 star hotel. Super dated old hotel and they don’t even try to maintain anything. When something breaks down, they don’t even try to fix it. We came into a hot room and the AC was not blowing, and they tried to gaslight me. Make me feel like I’m crazy. But we booked two rooms and the other room the AC was blowing just fine. They made it seem like we didn’t know how to use an AC and they did not change the room until the third time we asked. The balcony area looked really gross. Everything...

"Check in staff were lovely, food and drinks were a constant challenge with minimal customers and staff feeling overwhelmed. Seemed more concerned with polishing glasses than looking after people. Food was amazing once received. Room was dated and bathroom not very clean, very mouldy. "
