I understand, now, this is how you operate but it was not obvious that I rented something where you were able to charge my account and it cleared my bank several days BEFORE we ever even got there. Your policies are devious and I will spread the word. Buyer beware. Shame on you."

"We walked to downtown Paso Robles. The room was awesome, bathrobes and all. Actual REAL coffee mugs (which we purchased because they were so cool). This was the perfect place."

"Beers were great! The one food option I has was not the best and the portion was supper small."

"Room was very good and clean. Breakfast was so good! Highly recommend! Our only complaint is only 2 washer/dreyers for 9 floors of rooms made it difficult to do any laundry."

"Great Buffet breakfast options, and the property is distinctive with a nice garden, pond, and gazebo between the buildings. The only problem we ran into was not having an elevator, but with only two floors in our building, it wasn't too big a problem. One thing to note - the property is built on a hill-side, which can make the parking lot a little hard to navigate."

"Our room was never cleaned but the towels were switched out. All good, but just weird that you’d come in and switch towels but not do the bed or vacuum or pick up towels from the floor."

"They advertised a pool but they no longer have one. Onsite laundry $1.25 to wash and $1.25 to dry. They accept pets but don't recognize ESA! $30 per night pet fee. Awesome staff! Overall a Great stay very quiet!"

"They offered cleaning on the second day but the housekeeper was roaming our floor early so we put out the do not disturb sign out. We vacated the room at 9:45 am but our room did not get cleaned or towels swapped out. Pool was a little cold and the hot tub was only around 100 deg. but the overall hotel was nice and had a decent breakfast. Coffee could use a bit of an upgrade."
