The girl at the front desk was super nice! She even changed my room so I wouldn’t get lost finding the other building. The room was spacious and the bed was the most comfortable thing ever! The pillow options were nice. I was there just to sleep so I can speak much on the pool, balcony, etc. but I loved the old Spanish vibe and look. The negative was the cleanliness of the room’s bathroom..and the floor. There was also bad lighting coming in from the cracks around the door.

The building was beautiful. If you want the first floor, make sure you get a room on the first floor. If you don't want an outside door, make sure the doors are inside. Staff was great!!

The hotel location is nice, beautiful balcony and pool view. The staff was friendly and tried to help. However, the hotel is extremely under maintained. I had to take my own trash out, never got any new sheets or my room cleaned for 4 nights I stayed there. There was spiders in the room and the carpet has a terrible odor in which I had to get carpet odor remover to help remove the smell. The worst part of the room was the air conditioner was filled with mold and made it very hard to breath. I asked them to come and clean it and they never did !! The person at the registration desk did give me some clorox wipes for me to clean it myself.

I would stay at this facility again. The staff was very nice, the breakfast was perfect, the property was well maintained. The biggest recommendation I have is to have the exhaust fan in the bathroom operational. Without it working, the room got hot after showers and mold was already forming on the ceiling. In addition, some kind of anti-slip surface in the shower is strongly recommended. Not sure why it was so slippery-but it was. Housekeeping could do a better job in the bathroom shower and corners as well. However, these things would not prevent me from staying again.

Everything was very nice and we enjoyed our stay at SureStay very much. Our room was very roomy and nice. For the size of the motel they sure need a larger breakfast area though. We would stay there again.

This was our 4th visit and love it here. It’s very conveniently located to family we visit. It is clean and very quiet at night. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. We had an issue with the TV and staff arrived immediately to fix it. Nice breakfast set up every morning. Already planning our next visit.

The property is conveniently located and there is plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. There’s not much of a selection for breakfast, compared to other places I’ve stayed, but it’s better than nothing.
