"Room was great, comfy bed! Loved the veranda & tub with great views. Everything you needed was there. Breakfast was delicious at Living Room - huge portions! Contact with them was excellent & Kalliopi was fantastic, so attentive to our needs she is a credit to you! Arranged return taxi & some bits for us on arrival. Lovely complimentary bottle of wine. Can’t wait to return, was one of the best stays we’ve had in 25+ years of travel."

"The staff is great, very welcoming and friendly. Michael gave us the information we needed to enjoy our visit to Rethymno. The Hotel provides great recommendations, very clean rooms, and a fantastic breakfast in the morning. Parking on the street can be difficult but the location and this hotel is worth the effort. "This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Rimondi Boutique Hotel and it was as perfect as the first time. The customer service is excellent and Room 7 was excellent as it was spread over two floors with a balcony overlooking the street and additional outside sunbathing area which wasn’t overlooked. Although situated in the old town and very close to the restaurants and shops, you do not get any noise disruption - in fact it’s an ideal place in an ideal position."
