What truly stands out, however, is the level of service, particularly from Raquel at reception. She operates at an exceptionally high customer service standard. From the first interaction, she was calm, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Her communication is clear and reassuring, and she has a natural ability to make guests feel comfortable and valued. It is evident that Raquel knows her role inside out. She works with confidence, efficiency, and precision, while maintaining a warm and approachable manner. She anticipates needs, handles requests smoothly, and ensures everything runs seamlessly. Her presence alone elevates the entire guest experience. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the overall stay exceeded expectations. "The breakfast was excellent but could be a little more varied as we stayed 4 nights. Staff was helpful and welcoming. They took you to your room and showed you how everything worked. Had a night service leaving you a chocolate. Also had great housecoats. A surprise was a sparkling wine and mini cake left in our room for my birthday."

"Very nice "premium" property. Great amenities overlooking the water. Wonderful, attentive and interested staff. Breakfast was very good, but got booring after a few days. Some aspects of the room were a little tired and different (like the bathroom lighting was insufficient) but it was a very pleasant and spacious room. Bar drinks were priced more like NY than the Azores. Overall, a very pleasant stay. "
