Amazing little boutique hotel with friendly, professional, helpful staff. Amazing views and very comfortable rooms. 100% recommend!!

We had a wonderful relaxing week at Vale da Lapa in April with our two young sons. The villa was spacious, well equipped and cleaned every day if you want it to be. The swimming pools are great and the boys loved them. It was quite quiet the week we were there, so we often had them to ourselves. We also used the spa facilities and these were great too. The restaurant had a good menu for lunches. We didn't go in the evenings, so I don't know about the menu for that. The staff were really...

Superb hotel. Wonderful staff. Perfect peace and quiet

The bedroom, the service, the food and the beach are all exceptionally wonderful. Can't wait to go back!

Fantastic experience, I will definitely be visiting again due to the convenience and cleanliness of the hotel, amazing!

Fantastic setting, built into the cliff face. Probably the best views in the whole of The Algarve! Wonderful rooms with extraordinary views out over the sea. Amazing breakfasts, great food and drink during the day. Great staff who treat you like one of the family.

Stayed for 1 week mid September 2014- ages 66, 35, 33 and 1 year old. Firstly the apartments- huge! You can tell they are built to be residential originally as they are really spacious with a fully equiped kitchen, utility room, living area and 3 bedrooms. Great pool area with baby pool and full size pool. Plenty of sun beds, never a problem getting one. However no bar, restaurant on site so you have to bring your own down from the room if you want drinks. Assume this is due to it being in a...

Amazing stay, this place is a slice of paradise!

This hotel is a gem. We have been going there for years and shall be returning again. As soon as you step in this place, you enter a haven of tranquility and peacefulness. The grounds are stunning, the staff are great (from people at the reception to the buggie lads, to the breakfast team). We are made feel very welcome from beginning to the end. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast is sensational. I LOVE this place. This is the only place we holiday to since we...

Great staff. Wonderful breakfast! Lovely outdoor pool.

We loved this resort. Set in lovely grounds with excellent facilities, we stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was immaculately clean and had everything you needed. The resort was very quiet and most mornings we had sole use of the gym. We opted for the breakfast buffet which provided an excellent spread of food with both hot and cold options. We would definitely go back again in the future

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights as a single traveller. The room was lovely, the decor was contemporary and the king size bed was great. The pool and grounds were beautiful, well maintained and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. There was only a small number of children staying at the hotel and that for me was also a bonus as it meant a quieter and more relaxed atmosphere. The spa was fantastic, I had a great facial and massage and used the sauna, jacuzzi and steam room everyday. The...

We had a fantastic time here with our 3 children. The staff and facilities were excellent and the location superb. Literally a 3-5min walk from our room to the most beautiful beach (and a great pizza place - a must!) If you have really young kids just be wary of the cliffs there because there's some sheer drops with not much warning!

Great little hotel with a nice pool, friendly staff.

We stayed here in July 2014 as a family of four, kids aged 4 and 6. It is the best of both worlds - the convenience of an apartment with the facilities of a hotel. We had a one bedroom suite which was perfect. Fully equipped kitchen including washer dryer and dishwasher, spacious living room with double sofa bed and separate king size bedroom. Two bathrooms (one en suite) and a terrace. The hotel is a nice size, not too big and very stylish and modern. It was spotless throughout and the...

We had a great 2 week holiday. Vitor's village was a great choice. It is in a top location, has well maintained facilities and grounds. The staff were pleasant and attentive across the board, the reception staff speak very good English and helped us out with our return transfers - top marks for that. Our apartment was swept, mopped, daily and adequate supplies of toiletries maintained throughout. And we had fresh towels more frequently than stated in the hotels brochure. The onsite shop had most...

Property was a short 5 mins drive out of Ferragudo centre. Also walkable in around 25 minutes its about 2km to town . If you just want the beach there is a lovely path through woods which takes about 5 mins to get there, but there are no facilities on the beach, if you want sun loungers its probably around 1km to walk along the beach until you come to these along with three restaurants. The Property itself is traditional very clean and tidy, quite small which we liked! perhaps 40 bedrooms max....

We stayed for 1 week, and we were lucky the sun shone most of the time. Liked resort as small , and pretty ,with easy access to other resorts along the coast.

Perfect except Expedia let us down paid for transfer airport to hotel and return did not get the service still ongoing
