"The grounds on this property were beautiful, as they should be, home to such a prestigious golf course. The amenities and rooms however, were lack luster and VERY dated. To be clear, I was put in the Villas. When I hear Villas, I immediately think luxury well, this room was anything but that. The television didn't work. I requested a King bed and got two full beds. There were a few dead spiders in one of the beds when I checked for bugs. I didn't complain, just used my room as a place to sleep...

"There really isn’t anything negative to say about Element or it it’s staff. As a matter of fact, even giving a neutral or status quo comment would be an injustice. Right from the beginning, the staff showed how competent, friendly, and professional they are when I called to let them know that I would be arriving extremely late. "Great beach front property with lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. Pool is decent size for the property with ample seating. The only complaint I have is the balcony was smaller than I thought it would be and there was only one chair out there."

"Didn’t appreciate housekeeping knocking on doors at 8 am. They wouldn’t stop knocking until we got up to answer them. Then they told us to get out by 10 when we knew we had till 12. Called down to front desk to find out this is an on going problem. They apologized but if it’s ongoing why allow it. If you don’t want to wake up before 8:05 put out your sign. Also thanks for sparing 2 towels for 2 people. Plus 1 wash cloth."
