Situation parfaite ! Il pourrait y avoir des assistes ,des verres et des coupes et ce serait parfait. Une chance que le cousin du bas nous a Donné le code de la porte car l’hôte ne nous respondent pas. Wifi aussi serait super!!!

The cleaning was clearly not done well, the floor was dirty, the towels were stained and there were practically no cooking tools (only one fork). In addition, communication before arrival was impossible. I received no response to my message and upon arrival, we had to wait for a while without knowing what to do before a man suddenly arrived. In short, despite the convenient location, I do not really recommend this place

It was ok, needs some TLC. Needs a sign outside, not just a #. Needed to call to get the correct code to access the key but then it was easy. Very narrow staircase to get to our room on the 3rd floor! Did I mention there’s no hand rail? However, the balcony view is a thumbs up.

Unfortunately our original impression gave way to despair when we realized the wallpaper was covering up mold and we woke up to damp pillows and sheets. The laundry I rinsed out on our first night was packed away damp after 4 days. The whole place was damp that even the beautiful patio couldn’t make up for. The only housekeeping was a replacement garbage bag and fresh towels left outside the door once. I finally swept and mopped up the floor and took the garbage out myself. While I loved the location, I cannot recommend the place.

The property is very well maintained by the most helpful owner! Prior to reservation, I sent message via Whatsapp asking a few questions and received detailed, professional response within minutes. It is obvious that this owner wants to work for his clients and wants to provide exceptional service. My husband and I have traveled all over the world for extended time and agree that his communication.and organization was the best we've experienced. The rest of his team are also top notch and helpful. Portuguese hospitality at its utmost finest!! Early check-in, luggage storage and fully equipped apartment made our stay perfect! Thank you again for the wonderful stay and helping us with luggage storage during our hike.

diese unterkunft ist einfach grässlich und total ungemütlich. überall war es schmutzig. der/die anbieter*in war nicht erreichbar, weder via mail, noch telefonisch! unzumutbar! in der beschreibung der zimmer wird nicht deklariert, welches zimmer man reserviert! ich habe das zimmer mit dem balkon reserviert, erhielt aber das zimmer das eben mit der strasse war. als ich dies beim mitarbeiter beanstandet habe, meinte er bloss, dass er nichts damit zu tun hat und ich mich an die vermieter wenden soll! (welche ja nicht erreichbar waren)!

Honest review

Great location. Quiet neighborhood beautiful view on the patio. Check in was difficult. There was no prior communication regarding check in even though I had reached out prior to arrival. We got the attention of another guest who let us in the hallway out of the dark and rain. Once I reached him he said “I don’t work after 7.” However, check in is listed until 11:30pm. We were there around 8:30. Lastly do not your leave valuables in the room!!!!!!

Very good location to centre and transport options. Very clean and has everything you need for a short term stay. There is room for a washing machine which would be useful. The number to call for checkin in could be easier to find, however once found check in was easy. Overall very good stay.

It was a nice place to stay and easy to walk around to other places. It was hard to check in and contact the owner at the beginning of the stay.

Great property! Rooms were very clean. We were provided fresh towels every day. The location is perfect, walkable to the town centre but you don’t hear any commotion or loud music from the bars at night. Highly recommend!

The location is excellent, but the communication with the host is quite complicated, the contact number here is wrong and I had to google it. The heating wasn't working and if there's Wi-Fi, they didn't provide me a password either.

Senhorio simpático e apartamento acolhedor. No entanto não nos responderam em relação ao ar condicionado e não o conseguimos fazer funcionar. O apartamento é frio por dentro. Outro aspeto a melhorar foi o horário de chegada da senhora da limpeza. O check out era até às 11 e ainda estávamos na casa às 10:40, que foi quando a senhora chegou e entrou na casa, connosco ainda dentro. O colchão é um pouco duro

The issues from past reviews have been resolved. The check in was easy, tge AC worked and the beds were comfy. The view from the balcony were great.

Try calling contact persons a day before I arrived and was not able to reach them . I even emailed them no response. When I arrived no one was around. I was in panic mode! I called expedia but no response. I finally went thru some reviews comments which were on expedia list and discovered that other people had similar problems with this rental. Fortunately I was able to get a new cellphone number which was listed by another person who had called them with the same issues. So I took down the number and called them. They acted as if nothing was wrong and said they would be right over. A 30 minute wait! Very frustrating not knowing what to do. Expedia you need to read the reviewers comments in order to avoid these types of problems. Gilbert 😠

Zero pre communication

Had to wait 20 minutes to get checked in (no pre communication as to how to open the front door). Really uncomfortable beds and linens.
