"The hotels location is about the only thing it has going for it. The price you have to pay to be in a construction zone is more than it is worth the staff minus the valet staff was something you would expect from a motel 6 and charged the price of staying at a ritz Carlton which I would choose if rather than be placed from one inadiquite room to another. "Best place to stay in Huntington Beach! Just go. Don't comparison shop. This place was magnificent. I brought my 87 year old mom and the entire hotel is accessible. Who needs Cabos when you can stay here. The entire staff was helpful, friendly and accommodating. Everywhere we went the staff was amazing.
The room was clean, comfortable and even the partial ocean view was peaceful and beautiful.
The have an adult only hot tub area. The Kou pond and gardens are beautiful.

"Great place clean room very family friendly. Parking always sucks and fee is a little much due to people already paying a lot to stay. They should charge people less to park at their own risk. So they need to change some things. Staff is okay asked to get 10 minutes more to get out of my room due to last minute changes of me not staying two days afterwards and they couldn't even do that without trying to charge me 39 dollars. Good place but some things they do is not cool."
