Location was great as was the view. Royal Kahana 409 had no functioning air conditioning and the bed was very uncomfortable so we suffered with constant dripping sweat and came away with aching backs. The dryer vent also appears to be disconnected and the heat from that made the environment even more hot and miserable. The property was also missing a pitcher to mix Crystal Light or Kool Aid and had no griddle or flat pan to make pancakes. It also was missing any sort of cleaning products.
