"Nice property and hotel with good breakfast, but we did not get room service (cleaning, fixing bed, new towels) for 2 of the 3 nights we were there. We had to go down and literally tell them FIX our room. Cost of staying is not cheap so it must be mandatory to fix all rooms every day, no exceptions."

The staff was incredibly cheerful and helpful. The not so good: I prepaid for breakfast and I wish I hadn’t. The food was meh. The second and third days I had to request that the items I ordered came with everything described on the menu because the first day they left items out. It didn’t feel worth it to pay $50...

"Kitchen was equipped with stove, refrigerator, & microwave, but no oven. The bed was very comfortable. Very disappointed that for a two bedroom suite, that there was no balcony or outdoor area. Also disappointed that there were no vent fans in the bathrooms. Snacks were VERY expensive. Be sure to stop at Walmart first. "
