"I was given a smoking room even though I requested a non smoking one, the room smelt awful, there was a couple of cigarette burns in the sheets, the room just didn’t feel clean, and the “free breakfast”!was coffee, juice and a granola bar. I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"The room was great! It took awhile to find put where the open restaurants were, on the casino floor. The steak restaurant sounded great but it was never open. The construction outside my window started early in the morning and continued later in the evening. I know this was not the fault of the casino however."

"The shower curtain was to the top of the of tub and every time we showered it almost flooded the floor. The hotel overall looked not clean. And old. The breakfast wasn’t great. The staff was nice though. "

"Stayed at the Marco Hotel recently. The check-in staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The location is also super convenient..especially if you’re heading to the convention center. That said, the room itself was…off. The overall vibe felt a bit funky, and unfortunately the bathroom had a strong urine odor that was hard to ignore. Definitely took away from the stay. Great people and location, but the room cleanliness needs serious improvement."

"Disappointing Check-In Experience - I arrived at 2:45 PM and was told to wait until the official 3:00 PM check-in time, which is understandable. However, when I returned at 3:10 PM, I was told the room still wasn't ready and that they would call me within the hour. That call never came. I eventually returned at 5:30 PM to finally get my keys. Communication was poor, and it’s frustrating to waste several hours of my trip waiting for a room that should have been ready on time."

"There were empty trash cans in the hallway when I checked in around 4pm. The next morning they were still there. The breakfast consisted of lukewarm coffee, waffles, bread, two kinds of cold cereal and orange drink. The person that checked me in had no idea where I might get something to eat other than the mexican food place across the street. She also had no idea where the major roads were in the area. As she talked, I wondered how she found her way to work. The only good thing about this...
