"What a beautiful building in downtown Cleveland. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Valet parking is provided at a cost but needed. Breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent and provided for free. What a fantastic hotel. Will definitely stay here again."

"The hotel has been historically maintained to perfection. The rooms were beautifully equipped with eloquent fixtures beds side table, wardrobe filled with robes and other amenities you would need. You can have custom cocktails and beverages at the bar along with satisfying snacks and also dinner and breakfast served at the hotel. Parking was right next door in a multi-level parking garage. Valet parking is available. The hotel main doors are locked in the evening which require you to use your key card for entry. The hotel was also within walking distance of shops, restaurants and attractions."

"I want to thank the night clerk, I forgot to get his name our room was so hot, he gave us the key to another room that I e was hot too. He then gave us an upgrade and that room was wonderful. He was an older black gentleman. Please give him a raise 💕💕"
