"We had a good stay, staff was friendly ."

"Disappointed in the cleanliness- there was a giant stain on one of the chairs and the bedsheets smelled like body odor. The pillows on the bed were so terrible that my neck hurt for days. Breakfast was good."

"Our first impression of the room when we walked in was the tile floor in thr entry, kitchen and bathroom was filthy! There were footprints on the floor, visible dirt, hairs and scum. The shower also had hairs and dirt. We were missing the bedding for the pullout and there were crumbs that fell out of the couch when we opened it. I did mention when checking out our disappointment in thr cleanliness and the response was " our tile is just like that". Ok?"

"Overall everything was good except check in. Clean hotel, specious room, very good breakfast and convenient location. I arrived already later than normal check in time however there was still no available room."

"We stayed here for a trip to holiday world. We encountered some hiccups but the staff made all the difference. They were able to address the issues with care and consideration that really made me feel seen and heard. I can't say enough about their customer service."

"There was boxes and furniture everywhere. A weird smell. Spa didnt work. Power went out st 2am until at least 9 amd they didnt offer any assistance, just sat in the other room on their phones and keep lying to Expedia about sad power outage."

"Let's just say, you get what you pay for. My had a dirty shower and dusty shelving. My television didn't work. The walls are then. I heard every conversation I didn't want to. Made it very hard to sleep. I had to get up shift in the am"

"Power went out at 2:00 am. Could not use the C pap machine. It was hot. No battery lights in the bathroom or stairs, very dangerous. No breakfast or coffee. They need a generator. I would like a refund."
