Love staying at this hotel for my birthday!! This was our 3rd time staying here!! We also did ski that day at the Mountain top and it was nearby 5mins drive to our room!! The only concern is Room 6307 the shower drainage doesn’t drain well !!

The lobby was one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. The large bar was gorgeous and the restaurants were wonderful. I highly recommend staying here even if it is a bit on the pricey side.

We go a few times a year. I do really enjoy this place. It has an excellent vibe and the lounge is always fun. We did the Santa brunch and we did the Christmas igloo. Also, we did the grand Lodge Vip. But the food was not very good at all. I did not eat at the restaurant this time so I can’t speak on the chophouse or the Italian place. We did have brunch with Santa and then we did have the buffet at the Geneva lounge restaurant by the bar and that was decent. The staff is always great. We did have a good time. It would just be nice if the food was better.

It is a pricey place to be as dated as it is in the main areas. The spa rendered good services but was very run down in the facility. We ordered champagne and strawberries ahead of time and there was no note of it. The grounds are stunning but the infrastructure could use some sprucing up.
