"For a budget motel, Studio 6 in Lake Havasu City exceeded my expectations. While there were a few minor cosmetic imperfections here and there, nothing was significant enough to affect our stay. The room was very clean when we arrived, the property was well maintained, and the swimming pool was clean and enjoyable. The staff was especially friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. My only real complaint was that the room didn’t have blackout curtains, so it became very bright early...

"The property was very modern and the location was great. They are clearly in a renovation phase right now. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner worked great, it was 110 outside. We loved the music they played in the morning outside our rooms, but it was very loud even in the room and started at 7:00 am. "Our room was not done with wiring, smoke alarm gone, no fan or TV, the bathroom incomplete euth no bolts holding the toilet seat on, no towel bar, the door on the under sink missing, no top sheet, only a shower curtain liner and stained carpets. Not as advertised. We don't recommend."
