Staff were lovely, there was a Language barrier go thank goodness for google translation . Good location. Users work well. But a bit far out to walk to any restaurants. You get what you pay for 😀

We stayed here purely to visit the Falls. Whilst there isn't a huge amount to do in Foz city, the hotel was comfortable, well appointed and perfectly located via uber for the falls, local restaurants and the airport. Clean, modern and a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle outside.

My ground floor room contained a double and a single bed which made the room a bit full. The bed was very comfortable and the room, indeed the whole hotel was very clean. There was usually one or more cleaners working in the public areas.
My only reservation was that the hotel was a bit out of the way, with no public transport other than taxis to get to the falls or other attraction of the Iguassu area.

For what we paid it was a good hotel, though we were unlucky to be there during unusually cold weather, and the hotel was not equipped to deal with this (heating etc.). It was all pretty basic, but that's what we paid for, so can't complain.
