"Our stay was great. Plenty of parking and easy unloading. Nice staff. Quiet and very clean. Our room had the Bay Front/ Lift Bridge view. We kicked off with dinner at the Silos restaurant just past the lobby. Recommend the walleye tacos, or rib eye steak. The outdoor hot tub was relaxing. Pier B provides Duluth Coffee Co. and it is the best brew. We used Expedia breakfast vouchers when we booked. The breakfast menu had a good selection. We will definitely stay again."

"We were expecting a slightly different view from our balcony. It was a nice view but I think we were expecting to be closer to the aerial bridge and to be able to watch the tankers come and go as well as the aerial bridge in operation. We did have a lovely stay. The staff were great, friendly, and helpful. Everything was clean and well kept. The description of the view in advertising was possibly a little deceptive. It was late in the season so maybe it would be different in peak season. A very nice stay. Thank you! 😊"

"Room was clean but the king size bed was so high up off the floor it was hard to get in and out of the bed. Only had 1 blanket on the bed also. Breakfast was good but sitting area was too small and many people had no where to sit so they had to take their Breakfast back to their room to eat it."

"We loved that this hotel had a view of the aerial lift bridge and the Harbor from our room and from the 360-rotating restaurant at the top of the hotel. We found out at the Maritime Museum that a ship was due to come in at 7:15pm. I told the hostess at the restaurant this time and she was able to seat us so we could time the rotation with the ship! So cool!! We were also able to watch another ship come in from our room in the morning. We ate breakfast at the restaurant, but it was not included in the price of the room. The service was a little slow. There was only one waitress, and she said they had a new cook. We were hungry but not in a hurry. Prices were reasonable for the setting. Our room had a king bed, mini-frig, coffee maker, and microwave. It was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was small, but the overall size of the room was big for the shape of the tower. We went downstairs to the pool/sauna but the water in the pool was COLD! I couldn't enjoy it!! I did warm up in the sauna for a few minutes. The second floor was where we entered from the parking lot for our truck. The parking lot was well lighted and safe. The second floor smelled like smoke and dampness. It was separate from the tower section of the hotel. We hurried through the second floor to get back to the tower and our room."

"Large clean room! Staff was very good. Lots of parking. We parked no problem with an enclosed trailer. Breakfast was good, basic with coffee,juice, toast, cereal, yogurt, and breakfast burritos. Right off of hwy 53"
