"Our room was clean, there were virtually no amenities; outside the weekdays during the first shift, there is no staff visible to service customers- problems don’t get resolved until the next morning- maybe; scratching inside the wall (some kind of animal; LASTLY AND NOT THE LEAST- WE HAVE AT LEAST ONE OR MORE MICE IN OUR ROOM- NO STAFF WAS AVAILABLE TO REPORT IT, SPOTTED ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON & SUNDAY. HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY MORNING."

"Management. Staff EXTREMELY rude and apparently discriminates against certain people? Upon check in, was never told where anything was located ( laundry, vending, what to do about fresh/dirty linen. Wifi password, where to take garbage and recycles out. Left one morning, put 2 clear plastic garbage bags filled with recycles ( brown paper bag. Tissue box, cardboard food container, (empty/cleaned). When i returned, there was a note that they pride themselves on cleanliness. If i didn't clean...

"They are not pet friendly. They are pet tolerant. They will take $50 from you if you bring a pet. Exorbitant, excessive, unreasonable, and unflinching. I also have not yet been refunded my incidental charges deposit"

"When I arrived, they told me they didn’t have a room for me due to construction closing down 2 of their floors. They magically found a room after i was googling new options in their lobby for 10 minutes. The room they gave me was 85 degrees and it couldn’t be adjusted. There were bugs in the bathroom and stains on the walls. The elevator worked 25% of their time. Disaster."

"Looks like a trafficking spot. The 1st comforter had blood stains and cigarette burns, asked for a new one which was better but still felt sketchy. The lock on the window was broken and fridge in room smelled awful. The breakfast was made of a few items the employee must've picked up from Walmart on their way in. Coffee was terrible, bagels weren't fresh and expect to pour your juice from a minute maid carton. Will never stay here again, do not advise for women or families, or anyone for that...

"The room was neat and plenty of space. However the desk in the room was a medal desk that had seen better days. The shower was so nasty I refused to take a shower in it. The toilet didnt flush unless you held the handle down."

"Great well lit parking and nice desk staff. Bathroom floor has a build up of dirt in corners especially beside toilet. Carpets are worn dark grey prompting us to search for bed bugs but found none on the old mattresses. Blankets have cigarette burn holes. Bedding and towels seemed clean. "

"Our family of four (2 year old; 8 year old) drove 2.5 hours one way to get there and when i got there they told me that they were closed! I then drove 2.5 hours back home. Very dosapointed that they did not have the reservation through expedia. I understand that it was during the province was re-opening for Covid19, but why was the property advertising through expedia? I feel that a complimentary re-invite would be fitting for all the frustration that we went through. I work in hotels and...

"What a cool spot, lots of things to do around the property or just relax by the pool and sauna. This would be a fun spot for couples, great vibe and easy to be romantic, assuming you like to be spoiled and outdoors at the same time."
