Waited over 4 hours on a towel request and had to request again, waited over 20 minutes after eating to get a check, kind of a recurring theme. Had one of the front desk staff go out of the way to help me and one employee give us towels when the dispenser broke - two positive examples, but...

"The resort overall is great, but we were put in a room that reeked like cigarette smoke. When we mentioned it to management they were unable to do anything for the first evening and even on the second evening, they only offered another cleaning to help mitigate the odor, which only worked for one evening. Overall these rooms really need an overhaul. "

On arrival, I was unable to access the room due to a typing error of the door code. However, once I got ahold of Management by phone, they were able to unlock the door for me. "Staff was super nice ! Property is dated but clean. We ended up in a suite it was large and would be perfect for a big family, it also had a separate bedroom. Breakfast was average but again the staff was very attentive and nice. "
