"Very nice place. It was quiet and relaxing. Channel is nice size so you see a wide range of boats going by. We liked that it had a pier close by. "

"All was clean except the refrigerator. I'm not good at the paying on arrival system, but the clerk was good at securing a payment for us that was only a little more expensive. Parking was right by our room, but the two steps at the room door turned out to be a challenge. AC / heating was good, but the TV was stuck on Nickelodeon, and the office was locked in the morning at check out. "

"The night clerk was willing to accept the price for the room as it was on Expedia, however the price was $80. The night clerk explained he was not making money from a $38 rate. The room was nice and cleaned but the area outside could be cleaned up since a section of the hotel is for weekly rentals."

"Rooms were old and dated. The pillows on the bed were 1/2 size kinda like a sofa pillow. We asked for a couple of extra towels and were told they would only exchange for towels in the room. "
