"King room was clean except where the carpet meets the walls there was a year worth of dust. Very disgusting. Hotel hallways and room was stuck in 1970. Tv in room was at least a 32 inch with no modern technology. Towels where old, they lost there fluff. Face rags once wet were ruff.
When checking in 2 reception were looking at a monitor and ignored me for at least 2-3 minutes before they greeted me and said they would be with me shortly. A manger walked up about 3-4 minutes later asking if I’ve been help and I reply no. Not once was I asked how could I be helped. 1 of the original receptionist out of no where asked for my ID. Before giving my ID I stated I’m checking in. She I know. Very non traditional check in process or I checked in on the wrong day with the wrong staff.
Loved the fact the casino portion is no smoking!
Bottom line hotel is very outdated. Other than that the hotel is fine and far from a resort."
