What a gem this place is! Great location, six minutes from Whiteface, rooms are super clean, owners are so nice and accommodating. Breakfast was fine to get you through the morning, owners and staff were so quick to refill whatever was running low and clean up after everyone. We will definitely be returning here for snowboarding next winter!

The staff was very accommodating. The room was clean and freshly renovated. The shower and soak tub was excellent overall 10 out of 10 the breakfast was amazing as well. Only five minutes away from White Face Mountain and close to Lake Placid! I am just very disappointed because I specifically booked this hotel for the hot tub that was advertised and there was no hot tub available as of March 1, 2026.

I gotta say this lodge is absolutely charming. When it comes to hospitality it’s the little things that count and boy did they pay attention to the little things. The bed was very comfortable, the room cozy as can be. The towels were so soft and plush good lord. Everything looked updated and kept. I will 10000% be staying here again and recommend it to anyone who’s interested in visiting Adirondacks

My daughter that we were visiting near there has a severe allergy to strong scents, and we were thrilled to find the room and the reception area scent free! Only smell we could smell was new wood, which doesnt bother her. The staff said they use environmentally conscious cleaning products. Also having windows to open in case there were scents was helpful. Staff were wonderful, breakfast was pretty good unless you have allergies, though they did have almond milk. Also homemade yogurt I wish I could have eaten! Thank you for a marvelous stay! 😉

Nothing could be better in our experience. Keith was the most attentive, courteous and charming host at the property. It felt homely and not commercial. Lovely breakfast spread of excellent quality, very fresh. Authentic, painstakingly done rustic interiors but not lacking in technological luxuries.

Wonderful place to stay in the Adirondacks for a couple nights. Our room had been fully renovated recently and was great. They are in the process of renovating another section of the lodge currently but this had no impact on our stay. Nice, quiet community close to many of the sights we wanted to see in the Lake Placid area.

They are working on upgrading property. When we first pulled in we were surprised by all the work being done on the building. We were walked to our room by Keith who also showed us the grounds. The room was amazingly, very clean. Bed was comfortable Bathroom was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again
