Property needs updating. Staff was friendly. Room was clean but musty smelling. Pool is dilapitating. At first glance propably not a property i would go in and get a room. Since we had already paid the choice was already taken away. It was quiet and bedding was comfortable. Door got stuck on flooring when opening and closing the door. Continental breakfast was provided and decent.

Breakfast was only served until 9:00 am. Our room still had soap from the last guest and there was hair in the shower. No coffee in the room, only tea. Overcharged because of the race was in Sebring. The room was not worth the overcharge when up the road where we stayed before for $180.00 less at a very nice motel with chairs outside and a view of the lake.

If you’re feeling nostalgic for a time capsule that time forgot, this hotel delivers. The décor, fixtures, and overall vibe appear to be frozen several decades in the past, with little to no updates—unless you count the TV, which looks like it was added purely to confirm we’re still in the modern era. The property feels tired, dingy, and somewhat unsafe, making the new television a very strange highlight and hardly a reason to stay. Unless your travel goal is “lowered expectations with a side of sarcasm,” you may want to look elsewhere.
