"If you are looking for just a bed and shower this is your place. My husband and I live an hour away but we were in town for the Megan Woods concert and we didn't want to drive home afterwards. Unknowingly the hotel was a mile away from the school so that was a perk! I didn't want to pay out a lot of money for a fancy hotel when I have a beautiful house so we weren't looking for amenities. "It's the best place to stay in Leesburg; by the looks of the others, it might be the only place in town that doesn't rent by the hour. Seriously, this is a very nice place with nice staff. The only complaint I have is that the water pressure left a lot to be desired. A mad old woman with a mouth full of water would've been about the same, but I'm not going to knock a star off for it. I went to bed with my butt clean, on sheets that were clean, and the AC worked all night. 5 stars for me!"

"Breakfast was excellent. Freshly prepared with care to individual needs and tastes. Rooms were spotless, cared for daily. Common rooms accommodated our group nicely. I cant say enough positive comments about the inn, our hosts, the food or the service. Also convenient to walk almost everywhere downtown. Close to pickleball courts."
