"This is a great little hotel!! Excellent location was my main factor but it went above and beyond expectations! Rooms are spotless, spacious and very well appointed. Extremely comfortable mattress, ample pillows and the kitchenette has everything you need…plus I cannot get over having a small w/d in the rooms here, so great when you’re here for multiple weeks.
Do not miss the excellent French cafe a few doors down for a quick bite and delicious cafe!

"A relaxing location just outside of Rotorua. Family friendly with great facilities including board games, sports equipment and bike hire. Pricey during peak season but worth the money."

"What a great apartment. Spotlessly clean and in great condition with excellent facilities, comfortable, spacious and a joy to stay in. Location is great near to all top attractions and easy drive to shops, restaurants ( would recommend Eat Street). Neighbourhood is quiet and safe. Information from owners is spot on in advance and access easy so no hassle settling in. We would thoroughly recommend Redwood Apartments and if we are in Rotorura again it will be our first place to stay."

"Well situated accommodations at south end of Rotorua away from traffic and easier access to the many attractions outside of town. Apartments are large with comfortable beds and sitting area, really nice bathroom with an excellent shower. Decent kitchen area and a real bonus of having a washer and dryer."
