"Check in went fine. While checking in I noticed a lady meticulously cleaning the floor, doors, etc. in the lobby but thought nothing else of it. However, upon entering my room I couldn't help notice how clean it was and my thoughts immediately went back to the lady that was cleaning. It was that clean My only complaint about my overnight stay was that my room didn't have a coffee maker but the continental breakfast, while sparse, made up for it, and besides, there's a McDonald's within walking distance if you'd prefer to eat there instead Overnight was quiet and it was a very relaxing sleep for me Not sure if I got lucky but wow, I'll take it"

"We normally stay at a different motel when we pass through Lincoln but last time through we had a substandard experience so we decided to try something new, and what a great decision that turned out to be. The BridgePointe Inn & Suites was only $20 more than our usual choice but it was much, much nicer than the slight difference in price would indicate. Our king suite was spacious and comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. From now on, when we pass through Lincoln we will be staying at the BridgePointe Inn & Suites."

"The best thing was the helpful, friendly staff. Everyone was so nice, but especially Jeff at the front desk. He went around and checked with all the tables at breakfast, answered questions and offered good suggestions for local activities. He was fantastic! Great breakfast, pool and whirlpool. Comfortable rooms and beds. Will definitely stay there again!"

"No where did it mention there was construction. I was put in a room with blind parts still in the couch, drywall dust and spackling all over, not one towel bar hanger or toilet paper holder, tv didn’t work….disgusting. When I spoke with the manager about some kind of refund, he offered $20 (of the $167), but then because I booked through a third party, I’d have to call them. He said “the construction is listed in the small print”, which I’ve since canvassed and can find NO WHERE. Not impressed."

"It was an okay experience. The room is small but updated. The breakfast is okay not great - reheated frozen eggs, waffle machine, old fruit and pastries. One big concern is the side door either did not open at all or did not lock at all, and it vacillated between those two conditions. Most of the time it was just unlocked and allowed free entry to anyone off the street. That didn’t seem particularly safe. It is also a bit under construction so it’s a bit dusty/dirty. But all that said, it was otherwise okay and it was cheap and convenient to where we needed to be during the day."
