"We had the pleasure to experience different rooms at Sabal Palm House B&B. The house itself is a charming historic gem that truly takes you back in time, from the first steps you take into the main entrance to your impressionistic-themed room. It’s generously endowed with framed Renoirs as French cafe music plays in the background. Our first days were at the Michelangelo; I was drawn to the photos of the white muslin canopy and candlelit jacuzzi. The decor was more subdued and the room and bathroom fixtures could use some updating but it was still quite nice. Each room thereafter became a greater surprise and felt like we were opening a new gift box each day. The Chagall Room had a mahogany four poster bed and a door that opened up to a most beautiful and sunny porch. The Rockwell Room: we were entertained by the Rockwell prints. What a staple of American art! The artist really enraptures the spirit and everyday lives of American families and their neighbors. We need to strive to regain that unassuming kindness. The Rockwell bed was comfortable and we love the corridor that led to the bathroom. Finally we finished our stay at the Dali. You feel right at home with the larger space equipped with a Smart TV. We ensconced ourselves into the king bed which was the perfect way to prep for our morning departure the next day. The shower space was impressive! Each day, the homemade breakfasts/cookies were yummy. Shoutout to Sam, a spiffy, attentive and valuable asset to Sabal. "
