"We stayed for two nights while we visited friends in Memphis. The day was absolutely perfect! Our room was clean and the AC was cold, which we appreciated during the heat wave! Staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. We didn’t want for one thing. Parking was ample, and everyone was super friendly. Location is really convenient and safe. Having a target, Walmart, and other choices just within minutes of us was extremely convenient. Would definitely stay again."

"When I found out this pet friendly hotel charges an additional $150 a night for a dog I was shocked. . When I questioned the amount, the front desk clerk was rude. Also, she said that I had only reserved one room and my Expedia reservation clearly said two. Again, she was rude and abrupt. I finally figured out that the second room was in my Granddaughter’s name . I had difficulty with the app on the washer and dryer and had to make about five trips to the front desk to ask for help."

Specifically, a globe was missing on the light in the bathroom; the faucet fixture was loose and moved around; the sink drained extremely slowly; the seal on the shower door was ripped and allowed water to get on the floor; the refrigerator was not mounted and moved around when the door was opened. "Our check in lady was incredible, super friendly and helpful. She greeted us warmly whenever we passed by, like a brand new friend. Unfortunately, the other front desk staff were not as friendly or helpful. Maybe they have too many other responsibilities because it seems their focus was not on the customers. We took advantage of the $10 breakfast, which was very nice and great value. Great price for breakfast which included cooked, bakery and cereal items. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."
