"We are locals so we have higher expectations for our weekly getaways we prioritize differently. Place is nice it’s new but built in sketchy part of town nothing close by to eat. Property probably cheap only part of Lakeland where they’re not building so there’s solitude. Breakfast decent variety but again we are locals we didn’t eat it. We wanted peace & quiet which it was not. Some kinda party in lobby we could hear it on 3rd floor staff made no attempt to quiet it down. No outdoor seating. We’ve booked nicer places than this incidentals fee is standard $100 not $250. Every other hotel every weekend for years now. Rooms very clean staff courteous at check in/checkout"
