Ideal room & nice touches

Perfect stay, rooms clean, tidy & bed comfy with great linen & duvet. The little touches of homemade cookies, welcome note and the weather for the next day with chocolates was a great touch. I have stayed in a number of places in Lakes, and this one is so far my favorite so will definitely be returning.

Perfect Stay

They say the little touches make all the difference. That was true for this one night stay. Home made cookies awaiting you in the room on arrival, chilled water in the fridge and various other souvenirs for you to take with you. Nice! Great location clean room with great falicities.

My husband and I stayed here on our drive between Melbourne and Sydney and absolutely loved it! The two women that own and run it are wonderful. The room was immaculate and had everything we needed and included fun added touches, cookies to greet us! Location walkable to great restaurants, the water and shopping. I highly recommend it!

The motel welcome us with a surprised home made cookies. So gratedful for the little gift.Great way to win more customers! Tableware are well chosen just as the expresso coffee machine, feeling home away from home... There are plenty of dining options close by . We also enjoyed the walk along the lake , right in front of the motel. The only downside is the bed size is a bit small for us.

Stayed in deluxe queen room for an overnight stay. Room was very clean, the bed was really comfortable, easy parking right outside the room and quiet at night. Handy kitchen utensils, plates, cups and nice to have the coffee pod machine. Lots of little extra touches to make us feel welcome. Staff were friendly and helpful and obviously enjoy doing what they do. Would recommend this motel. Thanks so much for a lovely stay.

Lovely quiet location. Not the most comfortable bed but was okay for one night couldn’t have slept in for more than one night. Staff were lovely and very helpful recommending places to visit Loved the baked cookie and coffee machine was a lovely bonus.

Easy stroll to the main shopping area on the Esplanade, and 10-15 minutes walk to the footbridge and beach. Staff were helpful and the room was clean and well-presented. Parked right in front of the door to the room. Would stay here again.

Very disappointed with the motel. Stayed here two years ago. Lovely couple made us so welcome BUT it has now changed hands. The room was ok ish. Bed clean. Needed a good vacuum. Decor old and out of date. No milk supplied or tea towel and wettex. Outside of the property was run down and messy. Gutters full of grass and lawn over grown. If we hadn’t paid we would not have stopped. We were the only guests. Don’t bother booking here.
