The room was well kept, very clean and the spa was perfect. Not too hot and very spacious. The air conditioning worked well and there were blonds on the window that kept the sun from heating the room up too much.

Staff fantastic, cocktails at the bar wonderful. Room great but the double bed was the most uncomfortable ever. I dont have back problems and now have the most painful back. Please get rid of slat bed and replace with a spring base! Would love to stay again but will not only due to the bed.

The resort is in very good location.Staff very friendly and helpfull.Pool indoor is exellent for any weather,we did not use ooutdoor one.Spa very relaxing.Meals are delicious ,big portions also served very fast.Good car park with plenty of available places.Shower next to the pool would be good idea to do.

Three bedrooms, dining table, tv area, master bedroom with ensuite. Balcony overlooking the water. Big unit with heaps of room for family to spread out. Good unit for families with teenagers so they can have their own room. $30 drinks voucher for each night of stay. Indoor heated pool, indoor spa, outdoor pool. Staff all friendly and helpful. Great place to stay. And did I mention the heaps of room…. So much better than everyone being cramped in a tiny motel room. Will definitely stay here on my next visit to Lakes Entrance.
