"Interesting hotel that is somewhat an extended stay. Way too much over-communication on the check-in process, to the point I was getting 6-10 push notifications a day. One night, someone was doing laundry until 3am that sounded like a diesel truck idling in the hallway. All that being said, it's a new hotel, and was inexpensive, and was a comfortable sleep otherwise. "

"Comfortable and clean hotel despite remodeling work on main floor. We had 8 rooms on 3rd and 4th floor for family event, and all were freshly remodeled. Nice little kitchen, comfy beds. Breakfast seating, choices, and friendly, helpful attendant were all excellent. Overnight oats, chia, fruit, yogurt, juice. Waffles, toasts, muffins, bagelsc cereals. .Scrambled eggs, sausage, hashbrowns. Full Southwest tamale, slow roasted beef, salsa, lots of toppings. Kids to adults ate well and enjoyed...

"Room in disrepair but basically clean. Pillows very poor quality. Kitchenette was beautiful. Shower dripped the entire time . TV had no signal and never did work with the remote. I liked the hot oatmeal option with fresh fruit but coffee quality was sketch and the creamer pump did not work. No staff around to ask for help. For the price it was close and clean and safe."

"I wasn't aware there would be no refrigerator or microwave. It is my fault for not looking at everything on Expedia's website, I've just never stayed somewhere that doesn't offer that. The people staying there were very sketchy and I witnessed an arrest while I was there and later in the fire department showed up. I really didn't feel safe having my mother there so I didn't stay the following evening and we got another hotel in a safer area. "

"This hotel was very underwhelming. I've stayed at other hotels for the same price or less and have had much better experiences. This hotel is in need of an upgrade. The room wasn't as clean as I would expect. The breakfast left much to be desired. Staff wasn't rude or mean, but wasn't overly friendly either. Going forward, when we stay in the Minneapolis/st paul area I will avoid this hotel."

"We got to stay here while we had an appointment at The University of Minnesota (6 min away. The only issue was Expedia said the dog fee was $25. The hotel charged me $75 and would not honor the Expedia pricing - even though it was still on the Expedia listing. I also wish the place had EV charging- but we knew it did not ahead of time."
