"We had a wonderful stay in this real southern Lake District gem of a cottage – thank you Jules (and Alistair)! It's even lovelier than the photos show! Almost any facilities and extras you could want or need were already provided, with such care and attention to detail across all the areas. If there had been anything missing or not quite right (which there wasn't), then a quick ask would be all that's needed. "Green hill cottage is located on A590 dual carriageway, just 1 miles away from main village. Very beautiful place and spot on Clean all the cutlery is available in good condition amazing views from all windows and garden. Very friendly staff. Very nice nature and animals around in areas. Stunning views.can’t wait to go back again. Looking forward for my next visit in September."

"Amazing weekend.Bit awkward to find as we came in from kendal way ..Sat nav tookus throughmiles of one car wide road but its a paradise corner with stream and garden areas.. Some cottages residential but very friendly especially John..Also has smart TV and excellent wifi ..4 of us on anniversary weekend.Fully recommended.."
