Great experience despite our room not being ready at arrival. The concierge kept our bags and walked us up to the bar upstairs and provided drinks for us while we waited for our room. The start was very well. Only issue we had was that you can hear EVERYTHING from the room we were in. The people next to us were up all night and constantly going in and out of the door with their door slamming behind them.
