"The hotel is currently under renovation and the rooms are in horrible condition. Dead roaches in the hallways that stayed there for days. The toilet in our room was broken, made the room damp. No daily maid service. Property and furniture is very old, stained and just disgusting!"

"The Saint is a great, lower cost option to stay down in the French Quarter. The staff is super helpful and friendly. It’s on Canal street, only a couple blocks from Bourbon Street. They also allowed us an hour and a half later check out because or flight was in the evening. It gave us time to get lunch and shop some in the quarter. Definitely recommend."

"The hotel was great! It’s not the Hilton or Sheraton, which I knew, but it still took a moment to get used to it. "I did find that the amenities provided by the hotel were somewhat limited compared to other hotels. The coffee maker did not function correctly and the air conditioner went out and I had to troubleshoot. Also, beware of hidden fees charged by the hotel; I was told that they would remove a fee which was charged twice and it was not removed.
The bed however was comfortable and I slept well."
