"Overall, service and cleanliness was subpar. I stayed for 7 nights and only requested my room be cleaned one time. They did not change sheets. The only supplies that were restocked were towels. No coffee cups or creamer, no plastic cups, no toiletries, only one roll of toilet paper, no tissues. One day when requesting a box of tissues I was told they didn't have any!
The bathroom cleaning was sloppy as well. Thick layer of dust in the bathroom vent. Bathtub stopper was broken so the water continued to drain. The bathtub was beat up. The couch and floor needed to be vacuumed. Several lamps but they did not provide adequate lighting. Mini frig was very small and did not have a freezer section. Furniture, carpet and curtains were old, worn and outdated as well.
No room service and you had to order food at the bar. The kitchen closed at 8:30! The phones in the rooms did not work .
Skeleton staff. My key got deactivated one day prematurely and I had to wait in a long line due to only one person at the front desk most of the time.
The elevators were sluggish and at times didn't work. There was a faulty fire alarm early one morning around 6 AM and the noise was deafening! It was a false alarm due to the hotel's faulty fire system.
The hot tub was not hot. A couple of times there were no clean towels by the pool but instead a large pile of used ones. When leaving the pool area one day there was a pile of feces right by the exit gate! Overall very disappointed!"
